This beautiful country estate lies in the Ternelles valley, an area of profound natural beauty, surrounded by protected land and is one of the most exclusive locations in Pollensa.
Though recently renovated, the house holds a stunning balance of traditional and contemporary design. The stone exterior conceals a fresh and modern interior which is full of light and not shy on character including colourful artwork and a jukebox.
The estate is conveniently situated just 1 kilometre from the historic old town of Pollensa where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants.

As you enter into the property you find yourself in an impressive entrance hall with stone features. From here the room then opens up into a spacious living area with comfortable sofas and chairs.
To the right of the living area is a smaller entertainment room with a TV, jukebox and beautiful floor to ceiling book shelves. This room has double patio doors which drown it in natural light and garden views. Attached to the entertainment room is the first bedroom with two double beds, table and chairs, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom.
To the left of the entry hall is a dining area with table and chairs leading onto the terrace and garden. The second bedroom is next to this room with two single beds and ensuite bathroom.
The far side of the property houses the large, modern kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances along with another large table and chairs. A set of patio doors provide access to the garden ensuring you can enjoy your meals with a view! The third bedroom is also located at this side of the property, which is large and welcoming, with a double bed, sofa, ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the patio.
Upstairs you find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. One is a twin room with ensuite bathroom and the other is a spacious double with walk in closet, table, chairs and stunning views of the mountains.
Outside, the villas has several sunny and shaded terraces. The kitchen patio has a large round table and chairs for alfresco dining, along with sofas for chilling out with a cocktail! Beyond the terrace and set within the lush, mature gardens is the large swimming pool (18 x 4m) surrounded by sun loungers and stunning views.
This property is ideal for large group holidays, or family vacations. Set within the peaceful valley, you have plenty of privacy and beautiful walks. You can even walk into Pollensa Old Town in about 15 mins and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente can be reached in around 10 minutes by car.
