The main house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 doubles on the upper level each with ensuite bathroom. The huge master suite has its own seated area with TV. The 4th bedroom is found on the ground floor and there is also a single room which would be ideal for a child. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Moving outdoors, the fabulous south-west facing garden and pool means constant sunshine from noon until late evening. The large terrace has a dining table which is ideal for alfresco dining! Shaded seating areas can be found overlooking the pool. The fresh saltwater pool is surrounded by palm trees and natural shrubs giving complete privacy and tranquillity.
The property also boasts a private gym with high standard fitness equipment.

You are a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach and the charming village of Calvia is 8 minutes by car where you will find plenty of amenities.
