This wonderful stone-built countryside villa is located is a quiet area near Pollensa Old Town, just a short drive away from the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

Inside, the villa is set over two floors and blends traditional Mallorcan living with modern comforts. The main living areas consist of a comfortable lounge with sofas, TV and fireplace, a spacious dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs are the four bedrooms, two twin rooms and two doubles, all with air conditioning. There are also two further bathrooms on this floor.

The outside area of the property is vast and boasts manicured gardens, mature trees and Tramuntana mountain views. There is a covered alfresco dining area and BBQ, perfect for evening meals and a large private pool for cooling off from the afternoon sun. Loungers, parasols and further seating areas make this garden a true oasis of peace and privacy.

A non-refundable 30% deposit will be due immediately to secure the booking.

If you are short of time, we can help with arrangements for your car hire and or transfers from the airport. Please note that these services are from an independent provider and are not associated with Haven on Earth. Your contract will be with the provider of these services and not through Haven on Earth.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
