Cosy 5 bedroom villa situated close to the beaches of Cala Vadella and Vala Carbo.Renovated in 2019 the villa is designed and furnished in a modern Ibizan style.
The property is split over three buildings.
The first and largest building comprises of a cosy yet bright living room with fireplace and doors to the pool terrace. Adjacent is the dining corner with built in seating, this are leads to the compact yet fully equipped kitchen.
There are three bedrooms here, the first is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to a patio. The second is a twin room with en-suite shower room and the final room is a double with separate shower room.
The second building/guest house hosts the fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. Also here you have a small kitchen it with coffee machine, kettle and sink as well as a seating area and private terrace.
New for winter 2023/2024 is the third building. This is an annex with double, free standing bath and two outdoor showers.
Outside, the terrace of the living area has both a lounging and seating area with views towards the pool. The pool deck boasts an infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols. Adjacent to the pool is a covered dining terrace with seating and an outdoor kitchen with bar.
