Description
A beautiful, modern and stylish house with stunning sea views located just 4km from Cala Tarida beach.Inside, the decor is fresh and modern with a cosy feel. There is a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV and large door leading to the terrace. The galley kitchen is modern and includes all useful appliances to allow you to cook with ease. There is also a dining area with wooden table.
There are four bedrooms in total. Three of the bedrooms are doubles and there is one twin room, they all have ensuite bathrooms and plenty of cupboard and storage space. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe and beautiful sea views. One of the bedrooms is in a separate bungalow with its own entrance and enjoys extra privacy.
Outside there is a covered alfresco dining area with BBQ, perfect for summer evening meals. There are also various shaded or sunny terraces for relaxing. The infinity saltwater pool is surrounded loungers and enjoys that wonderful sea view.

A non-refundable 50% deposit will be due immediately to secure the booking.
Balance payment is due 10 weeks before your holiday.
