Description
Luxury 5 bedroom villa within walking distance of the village of Sant Josep.Stunning designer fixtures and furnishings are found throughout and the open plan living areas are modern and spacious. There is an open kitcheN with central island, fully equipped with everything you will need. The living and dining areas are bright and airy with floor to ceiling doors leading to the patio. There is a comfortable l-shape sofa overlooking the view, an LED TV and a dining table to seat 10.
The villa has 5 luxurious bedrooms, all with double beds (180x200), en-suite bathrooms with shower, safes and air conditioning. One bedroom is a bit smaller because it has its own private terrace (without a view).
The view of the San Antonio Bay is beautiful! The location of this villa is very central, from here you can reach a large part of the island within fifteen minutes. The airport, Ibiza Town, the beautiful beaches on the west coast including Cala Conta and Cala Tarida and beach clubs such as the Blue Marlin are close by.
Around the pool (3x7) there is a sun terrace complete with loungers and parasols where you can read a book or enjoy the view. A 10-seater dining table is found outside for late-night dinners, and there is a spacious lounge area. There is also an outdoor gym area and sauna located just behind the villa.
At the entrance to the property is a separate house where the security guard of the villa lives.
Because of the central location passing cars on the road are audible.
