Description
Luxury 5 bedroom villa, only 3 minutes’ walk away from the centre of San Jose which has a great choice of shops, bars, restaurants & supermarkets. The property 5 minutes from San Antonio and a 15-minute drive from Ibiza Town, Playa den Bossa.Newly built in 2016 this villa is of a high standard and designed by one of Ibiza’s most renowned architects.
Accessed through an eclectic gate the villa is set on one level.
The villa opens to an open plan living room with large ‘L’ shaped sofa and satellite TV. This room boasts incredible, panoramic views of the sea and countryside that surround San Antonio.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which is state of the art and has a glossy white finish. Through the large glass doors in the living room, you can access the terrace which has a large dining table and looks over the stunning setting and pool.
There are 5 bedrooms in the main building, all of which are spacious double rooms with en-suites.
The terrace outside is large and has a glass railing. Down a set of steps you reach the pool area which is perfect for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the pool.
The pool is heated to between 27 - 29 degrees celsius.
4 hours daily cleaning in June to September.
