Description
Restored finca in a quiet area in the North-West of the island, near Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida beach.The main part of the house comprises a large living room with double height ceilings, three sofas, TV and fireplace. To one side of the living room is an area with piano and to the other side is a dining terrace with table for 12 guests and a large seating area.
The rustic kitchen is well equipped and opens to a small courtyard with fountain.
Also in the main area of the house is the master bedroom with double bed and a separate living area with fireplace as well as a full en-suite bathroom.
The guest wing hosts a further 5 bedrooms. 4 of these rooms have double beds and one has access to a roof terrace with seating and views towards the sea. The final bedroom has a bunk bed. Each room has an en-suite bathroom/shower room.
The villa offers various outdoor areas including the pool terrace with salt water pool, sun loungers, day beds and parasols. There is also a lawned garden with small pond – children supervision is advised.
Furthermore there is a small home gym with machines and dumbbells/free weights.
