Modern villa sleeping 10 people, located in the Can Furnet neighbourhood, very close to the town of Jesús and the centre of Ibiza.Access to the house is from the first floor, where we find the bright and spacious living-dining room and open plan kitchen. The living room has a Smart TV and access to the large outdoor. Here you have a dining area for alfresco meals, along with outdoor lounge seating and sun beds along with beautiful views and fantastic sunsets. There are two double bedrooms on this floor and 2 separate bathrooms.
Downstairs, on the ground floor there are three more bedrooms. They are all doubles and two have ensuite bathrooms. There is a third double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower located in the corridor. A small gym area, a small lounge and access to the pool area.
The pool area is surrounded by lush trees and sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The villa has air conditioning, alarm, safe, washer and dryer and parking for 2 cars.
