Beautiful renovated 4-bedroom house located in Tamariu just a short 800 meters from the beach. A private pool with dressing/shower room, and garden with barbecue area.The house is distributed over two levels:
On the first floor at street level is a large modern kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities needed for your stay, and a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace. On this level there is also a double room with double bed and ensuite bathroom.
On the lower level there is a room with a trundle bed, a desk, a laundry room, and another bedroom with twin beds. These two bedrooms share bathroom with bathtub.
Going down the stairs on the level of the garden and swimming pool there is a large space that has been converted into a games room with table tennis, table football and a dart board. there is also another room which has bunk beds.
