A new house located in the residential area of Aigua Gelida only 1km from the Tamariu beach and 1.5 km from the Aiguablava beach.The house built over two levels. On the ground floor there is a large, bright living room with access to a fantastic terrace, garden area and swimming pool.
The pool is fully enclosed; ideal for families with children.
There is a bright, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Just behind the kitchen there is a guest bathroom and access to the bedrooms: there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The upper floor has a loft room with a king size bed and a single bed.
Finally there is the master bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
From this master bedroom there is access onto a terrace offering fantastic views over the garden, pool area the mountains beyond.
