Wonderful apartment located in the old fishing village of Tamariu with its pretty bay, excellent restaurants and many caf?©s where you can sit and enjoy the views of the beach. The apartment is in a fantastic position just 150 metres from the beach and a south-west position meaning it gets plenty of light.The completely renovated apartment has a private terrace on the upper floor which is furnished with lovely blue cushions and comfortable seating and dining table. There is a mini-pool/jacuzzi to enoy if you don?Äôt fancy the walk down to the beach. There is also a BBQ on this level ideal for alfresco dining.
The cosy living room has a natural d?©cor and is open-plan with the dining area, you have a fireplace and large terrace on this floor. There is a small and modern kitchen which is well-equipped with what you might need for cooking and preparing meals.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, one en-suite, two double bedrooms and one separate bedroom with en-suite shower room. The independent en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor where you also have a garage and laundry area. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
