Beautiful 6-bedroom villa in Sa Tuna.This modern villa is located just a couple minutes’ drive from Sa Tuna beach and 5 minutes from Begur town.
On entering the villa there is an open plan kitchen with large central island and breakfast bar, there is also a small office area off the kitchen. This room leads through to the dining area which has a skylight and high ceilings allowing ample light into this large room. Down a small set of steps, you access the living room, here you have comfortable sofas and TV, this room also has large glass doors out to the terrace.
Set over 3 floors this villa comprises of 6 bedrooms:
Bedroom one: master double bedroom with open plan bathroom and private terrace.
Bedroom two: Twin bedroom
Bedroom three: Double bedroom
Bedroom four: Double bedroom
Bedroom five: 2 x bunk beds (sleeping 4)
Bedroom six: Double pull out sofa bed
All bedrooms have their own bathroom, and there is also a further bathroom – totalling u7 altogether.
Outside areas consist of the top floor terrace (which is partially covered), complete with bean bags and chairs, from here you have stairs which lead you down to a lawned garden and large jacuzzi/pool. On the lower level you have the main garden area with small patio, lawned area and small decking with sun loungers. The garden also has a large private pool with childrens pool attached.
There is a further terrace located off the top floor which has a large dining table – perfect for the whole family.
From all areas of the house you have incredible sea views.
