This is a fantastic property with sea views situated in quiet residential area of Sa Tuna, just 2km from the beach.The villa is furnished to a high standard with a modern design, large windows and spacious living areas. The villa is built over two floors.
On the main floor you will find the large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons including dishwasher, coffee machine and access to the outside. There is a dining room with large table to seat 10 people along with a bright and spacious living room with doors leading to the garden and stunning sea views.
Outside is the beautiful garden area with private pool, chill out area and summer dining terrace to enjoy the summer days and evenings.
There are five bedrooms - one double and one bunk bedroom that share a bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with separate shower.
In the lower level is a large T.V. room with sofas and adjacent laundry room.
