Beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Aiguablava.The first floor comprises of a spacious living/dining room with ample sofas, TV and dining table with chairs for 6, there are also doors to the pool terrace. Adjacent is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with further breakfast/dining table. Also on this level there is a guest w/c.
The second floor of the villa hosts two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with built in wardrobes, there are also two bathrooms.
The final room is located in an attached annex, this room has a double bed and en-suite (this room is not suitable for small children as it is separated from the main villa).
Outside there is a private pool with sun loungers and stunning sea views.
Two covered terraces provided shaded seating areas and there is a BBQ.
Please note this area is particularly steep and the villa is accessed via a steep ramp.
