4 bedroom villa in Salgados, just a few minutes’ walk from Praia da Gale.The ground floor of the property comprises of a spacious, open plan living and dining room, furnished with chairs, a sofa, TV, fireplace and large dining table seating 10 guests, this room also has doors out to the garden and pool. Adjacent to the dining area is the modern, fully fitted kitchen with central island.
Also located on the ground floor you have two bedrooms. The first is a master suite, with double bed, walk in wardrobe and doors to the garden, the en-suite features a shower and a hydromassage bath as well as further doors to the garden.
The second bedroom on this level is also a double room, it has built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
The first floor hosts the final two bedrooms. The first of these is a second master suite with double bed, walk in wardrobe and doors to the terrace. It also features and open bathroom with hydromassage bath as well as a shower.
The final room is a double with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
There is a further living area on this floor with ‘L’ shaped sofa, table and chairs and access to the spacious terrace. Here you have a seating area, jacuzzi and sea views.
On the lower level of the property there is a large indoor swimming pool, sauna, treadmill and seating area. There is also a further shower room and a laundry room.
Outside, located off the dining room there is the first covered terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs. A second outdoor dining area is located next to the pool, this is also covered and has a BBQ.
There is a good sized private pool surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor sofa set. Furthermore there is a shower room and lawned gardens.
