Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both of which are twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms and doors to the garden.
The first floor has the final 2 bedrooms, one is a twin with en-suite bathroom and access to the first floor terrace. The final room is the large master with king size bed, en-suite shower room and private terrace.
The basement level comprises of a games room with table tennis and table football as well as a separate utility room.
Outside there is a private heatable pool with ample sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is also a partially covered terrace with seating area and further dining table. A small lawn runs along the side of the property where you will find a BBQ.
