Modern 3 bedroom villa in Vale Verde.The ground floor of the villa comprises of a spacious kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, with large central island/breakfast bar seating 6 guests. There is an oval dining table with 6 chairs, wood burning fireplace and doors to the side of the property (leading to the garden).
From the dining area you the living room, furnished with comfortable seating, TV and multiple doors to the terrace and garden.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first room is a double room with en-suite shower room and doors out to the side of the property (leading to the garden). The second room is a larger double with en-suite bathroom and doors to the garden. There is also a small reading room on the ground floor with sofa bed.
The final room is located on the first floor. This is the spacious master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, private terrace overlooking the pool and a large en-suite with free standing bath.
Outside there is a good-sized private pool with sun loungers and hammock. There is a lovely covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, Weber gas BBQ and drinks fridge as well as a dining table and chairs. There is a further seating area with comfortable outdoor sofa and shade.
