Description
This four-bedroom villa offers quality accommodation for up to 8 people. This beautifully presented villa has air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout and a large private pool (heating available). The villa is in a quiet area within walking distance of Vale do Lobo beach and the Praca.Inside, you find a large entrance hall, with a guest cloakroom and utility room. The entrance hall leads through to the spacious and tastefully furnished living area with comfortable seating, a wood burning fire place, TV with international channels and Sky sports, stereo and CD player. There is a dining table with seating for 8 people. Two sets of patio doors lead from the living area out to the covered terrace and pool area.
The modern fully equipped kitchen includes a TV, American style fridge freezer, dual fuel hob, double oven, microwave, coffee percolator and juicer. There is a central island with seating along with a table to seat six. Patio doors lead from the bright kitchen to a totally enclosed courtyard, a perfect space for those travelling with young children.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One is a twin bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace and pool area. The other ground floor bedroom is a twin with TV and ensuite shower room. Patio doors lead out to the enclosed courtyard at the rear of the villa.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, both of which can be used as master rooms. Master bedroom one has a super king size bed that can also be set up as twin beds. There is a TV and ensuite bathroom containing a fabulous jacuzzi bath. Patio doors lead you onto a shared terrace which is furnished to enjoy the superb views down to the pool and garden and golf course beyond. Master bedroom two has a super king size bed that can also be set up as twin beds. There is a TV and ensuite shower room has a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead you out to the shared terrace.
Outside, the covered terrace is furnished with teak dining furniture. The large pool measuring 12m x 6m, can be heated at a supplementary charge. There are 8 sun loungers provided along with parasols and an outdoor shower along with a brick-built barbeque. The garden is well maintained with large sloping lawns and mature trees.
