The villa comprises of an open plan living space, the kitchen is well equipped and offers a large central island with four ring hob, other appliances include two electric ovens with grills, wine cooler and American fridge freezer. The dining area has table with chairs seating and 8 and doors out to both the pool area and covered BBQ terrace.
A few steps down and you have access to the living room with sofas, TV and further doors to the pool terrace.
Also on the ground floor there are the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room as well as access to the pool terrace. The second room can be prepared as either a twin or double (upon prior request) and has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
There is a further guest w/c on this level.
The first floor hosts a further 2 bedrooms. The first of which is the master room with king sized bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, large full en-suite and doors to a private terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs. The second bedroom on this level can be prepared as either a twin or double and has a TV, dressing area, fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and private terrace with sun loungers.
The final bedroom is located on the lower level, this is a large room which can be prepared as a twin or double and has fitted wardrobes. This room benefits from natural light has it has access to a patio with stairs up to the forecourt.
There is a separate shower room on this level as well a utility room and snug with TV.
Outside the villa there is a large private pool with electric cover which can be heated for an additional charge. 10 sun loungers and 4 parasols surround the pool as well as an outdoor shower.
There is an outdoor sofa set for relaxing and a large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen/bar and table with chairs for 10 guests.
Finally there is a table tennis table and lawned gardens.
