Description
A 3-bedroom villa in Puerto Pollensa, just a short walk from the beach and amenities.There are 3 bedrooms all on the first floor; two twin suites (two single beds) sharing a bathroom with a combined tub/shower and the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. Both the master suite and one twin room share a large balcony with furniture and sea views. All rooms have air conditioning.
On the ground floor is the open plan living area with comfortable furniture and flatscreen TV with Apple TV. The dining area has a large table for 6 people and the kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. It also backs on to the utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer.
The living area opens out onto a covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture. There is plenty of shade if you want to escape the sun. Head down the steps and there is a large private pool and plenty of lawned space for kids to run around. There is a goal for some football or water polo and a table tennis table for entertainment.
The villa is equipped with WIFI.
