Description
This family friendly villa is located in the area of Gotmar, Puerto Pollensa and is within walking distance of the bars, restaurants, shops and sandy beach.Entering the villa there is a small hall leading to the sitting-dining room which has a large sofa area overlooking the garden along with doors leading out to the terrace. The dining area is slightly raised and has a spacious and open feel. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table which also has a door leading outside to an outdoor BBQ terrace with dining facilities. There is one double/twin bedroom, 1 shower WC room and another double/twin with en suite. There is also a separate laundry room.
The first floor is entirely taken up by the master bedroom with a spacious sitting area and luxurious en suite. This room has doors leading to a wonderful private sun terrace which has views of the surrounding countryside.
Outside are beautiful, Mediterranean gardens with grass and large palm trees. The private pool is 9 x 5 metres and has roman steps for easy access. There are spacious, well-furnished covered terraces surrounding the house which are great for al fresco dining and relaxing.
This villa is in a quiet but central location and is ideal for families and children who would like to take a walk to the beach.
