Description
This villa is in a fantastic location, in a quiet residential area Gotmar, just 500m from from the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa with easy access to many restaurants, shops and the weekly market.The large 2,600m2 plot is lined with cypresses, yew trees and flower beds, offering privacy to the spacious estate.
Entering the villa takes you into an entrance hall which leads off into two separate living areas. The first very modern living room is home to a large flat screen TV and leather sofas.
The main spacious open plan living/dining room is straight ahead from the entrance hall and has a fantastic dining table for 12, comfortable seating area, feature fireplace and access out to the terrace, gardens and swimming pool. The well equipped kitchen is to the right of the entrance hall and has an additional breakfast dining area and door out to the terrace and fruit trees.
Also on the ground floor is a W.C and first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The staircase from the main entrance hall takes you up to the first floor where there are 4 double bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a very large en-suite bathroom and terrace, two double bedrooms share one family bathroom and both have access out to a balcony, and the fourth bedroom is at the end of the corridor with a second shared bathroom next to it. This part of the corridor can be closed off to act as a suite.
From here you have access to a balcony and an additional apartment.
The apartment is home 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room with fireplace and pool terrace, small kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment can be accessed from both the main house and an outside staircase, leading directly down to the pool.
The villa is located on a large corner plot with extensive gardens and big pool. Around the swimming pool is plenty of terrace area furnished with sun loungers, and a large outdoor kitchen area with sink, oven, hob and BBQ. This is a covered area with dining table suitable for 12, making it a perfect place to dine alfresco and enjoy the peaceful setting and gardens. Also outside next to the pool is a changing room with wardrobes and bathroom.
Villa rental includes daily maid service and towel change Monday - Saturday, and bed sheets changed weekly.
Pool can be heated for an additional charge (on request).
Please note a pool fence is available at an extra charge.
