Description
A luxurious villa set in private grounds, only 2km from the idyllic village of Pollensa.Accommodation on the ground floor comprises; large entrance hall, spacious living/dining room with feature fireplace and glass doors opening to a terrace with panoramic mountain views, well-fitted kitchen with access to the dining terrace, guest WC and the first double bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom.
Stairs lead up from the main hall to four further bedrooms; one double with en suite bathroom and dressing room, one double with en suite bathroom and private terrace, and the further two twin rooms with a shared bathroom.
There is ample outside space to relax and enjoy the beautiful country views, as well as to dine al fresco using the built in BBQ on the dining terrace. There is a further terrace with a view over the garden and pool to the back of the house. The large private pool is a few metres from the house and surrounded by lawns and terrace.
