Description

A lovely traditional stone Mallorcan house with white washed walls, terracotta tile floors, beamed ceilings and halogen spot lighting. Situated on the gentle slopes of the Puig Maria it enjoys wonderful views of Pollensa and the hills beyond, yet is only a 10 minute walk to the town. On entering the house, two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, just off the hallway. To the left is a double bedroom with shower and WC en suite and to the right is a large twin room with a shower room adjacent. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with en suite shower room. On this floor there is also a single bedroom and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with fitted wardrobes and enjoy views out over the garden.

Also on this upper level there is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture and a traditional Mallorcan wood burning stove. Double patio doors lead out onto the terrace with beautiful views of Pollensa town. The garden and pool can also be seen from this point. The kitchen area is accessed through an archway from the lounge area and is equipped with all modern appliances.

A vine covered second terrace runs along the entrance side of the house, with wooden tables and chairs. The pool is to the side of the house, in a wonderfully sunny location, and is surrounded by stone built terraces, with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. There is also a BBQ for those al fresco evenings and a table tennis table, great for entertaining children.

This fabulous villa is just a short walk away from all that Pollensa has to offer, restaurants, cafes, a weekly market and so much more. The long sandy beach at Puerto Pollensa is a 10 minute drive away. There are some lovely walks on the doorstep of Ca Na Copea, including the famous hike up to the top of the Puig Maria, where you can visit the monastery and enjoy fabulous views.

Please note: Due to the steps around the villa we do not recommend this house for anyone with walking difficulties.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
