Description
Modern 6-bedroom villa in Santa Eulalia.The villa has a bright living room with 2 seating areas with TV’s, a fireplace and office area. The dining room has a large dining table which seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living/dining areas by a large sliding door and has a small breakfast table.
4 of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. All 4 bedrooms are good sized double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and terraces boasting sea views. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor, this is also a double.
There is a guest house which has the final 6th bedroom, this is a twin bedroom, it is less luxurious but does have an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette.
Below the main house there is a corridor which doubles as gym. This leads to a traditional hammam and jacuzzi as well as indoor pool.
Outside there is a partially covered terrace with infinity pool and sun loungers and outdoor dining table and chairs. There is a lower level to the garden accessed via steps, here there is a 2nd private pool (15m) as well as sun loungers and large covered seating area with beautiful sea views.
