Description
6 bedroom traditional villa in San Miguel.On entering the villa there is a large living room with sofas, TV and fireplace. From here you have the simple yet fully equipped kitchen with large dining/breakfast table.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the villa. Of these 3 are double rooms and 3 are twin rooms, all finished to a good standard. Four of the bathrooms have showers and one has a bath.
The outdoor areas are the selling point of the villa. Outside the main entrance you have a covered terrace with dining table and chairs. There are 2 further covered terraces by the pool, one offers a formal dining area and the other a more relaxed seating area. There is a sheltered outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ, located near the dining area.
The private pool (4.5m x 9m) is the perfect place for cooling off. The pool deck has ample furniture, including sun loungers, day beds, sofa sets and parasols. Furthermore there is a lawned garden.
Located a 2 minute drive from San Miguel village, 10 minutes from Santa Eulalia and Benirra beach. Also only a 20 minute drive to Ibiza town.
