Description
Stunning villa located in a quiet part of the island where you can enjoy all of the island’s natural beauty. It’s just a short drive to the sandy shores of Benirras or Portinatx.From its privileged position it offers unsurpassed sea views and breathtaking vistas of the surrounding countryside. On the outside of the property you will find perfectly manicured lawns, outside dining for 20 people, a boules pitch and a barbecue and a 18m x 4m heated infinity pool. On the top floor terrace there’s a sunken chill-out area with 360 degree views.
The main house is distributed over two floors with a contemporary style.
There’s a large fully equipped open plan kitchen and a large dining table with seating for 12 guests. Adjacent is a
comfortable screening room with a cinema style projector and Sky satellite channels. The enormous and luminous windows are remote controlled and slide back to provide completely uninterrupted views.
There are 6 bedrooms in total – 3 twins s and 3 doubles all ensuite. There is also a cot and a child’s bed. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV.
The house is secured by an alarm system and electric gateand it is fully air-conditioned and a housekeeper is on hand 6 days
a week, as well as daily cleaning.The property features a Sonos music system as well.
