Description
This modern newly-built and stylishly decorated villa is situated close the town of San Lorenzo.Upon entering the villa you will be met by a bright and spacious split-level living-dining area with under-floor heating.
The living area features comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV and doors leading out to the terrace.
On the left-hand side, three steps take you up to the dining area with a big wooden table and matching chairs seating 6-8 people.
Next to the dining area is the fully fitted kitchen equipped with all essential appliances and a kitchen island with a stove and a breakfast area.
The door in the kitchen lead to a utility room with a washer and dryer.
The villa has 4 bedrooms in total.
One bedrooms with twin beds, 2 bedrooms with double beds and the last bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and doors leading out to the garden.
There are two additional bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
The outside area a covered terrace with a lounge furniture, an al-fresco dining table and a built-in barbeque.
The lovely pool is shaped like an oasis and has a waterfall feature and a small dock.
