Description
Renovated 6 bedroom villa in San Juan.On entering the villa there is an open plan living/dining room with TV, sofas, fireplace and round, glass dining table with chairs to seat 10. From here there is a fully equipped kitchen with further dining table.
There are 6 good sized bedrooms all which have en-suites and air conditioning. 3 of these are double bedrooms and 3 are twin rooms. 5 of the rooms have private balconies/terraces.
Outside there is a large private pool (17m x 5m) surrounded by 12 sun loungers. There are 2 paritally covered terraces (one next to the house and one next to the pool) both offer large dining tables with chairs.
There is a separate annex with double bed, kitchenette and living area which can be rented out for an additional charge.
