Description

This is a modern villa with a minimalistic style situated on the western coast of the Island. Located within a forest it is extremely private with no nearby neighbours meaning there is perfect tranquillity. Its sleek interior, terrace and pools will make your holiday extra special. The breath-taking views can be enjoyed from inside the villa and terrace ?Äì most rooms have glass windows so you can wake up with a sea view or watch the distant sunset from the living room.

The sun fills the villa with light making it a bright and blissful space to relax in. The living room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. Relax on the comfortable sofas and watch television and enjoy meals at the dining table which has spectacular views of the scenery beyond. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob and oven.

On the ground level you have the open plan living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, guest toilet and two bedrooms. The BBQ area is conveniently situated just next to the kitchen and the large dining table on the terrace provides the perfect opportunity to dine alfresco.

On the top level you have the master bedroom and study and finally there are three bedrooms on the lower level.

What really makes this villa an ideal holiday home is that it?Äôs equipped with what you might need and more. There is air conditioning, a fireplace, iPod docking station, Nespresso machine, portable dock player, TV satellite, Astra WiFi internet.

There are 7 bedrooms in total:

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and private terrace
Bedroom 2 is on the ground level with two single beds, shower room and en-suite
Bedroom 3 is on the ground level with two single beds and en-suite shower room

Please note that these services are from an independent provider and are not associated with Haven on Earth. Your contract will be with the provider of these services and not through Haven on Earth.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
