5 bedroom villa with stunning sea views , located near the beach of Cala Moli.The villa comprises of a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen with large central island, a bright and spacious living room with doors out to the terrace where you have a dining table with chairs and comfortable seating area.
There are 5 bedrooms, 4 double rooms and 1 twin room, all of which have their own en-suite bath/shower rooms. 2 rooms have sea views and one of the bedrooms (garden room) is only accessible from outdoors.
The terrace boasts a large private pool (15m x 4m), pool deck with sun loungers and parasols and beautiful sea views. there is a large roof terrace which has an outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, large dining table and chairs as well as a large outdoor sofa – the perfect place for relaxing. The roof terrace also boasts amazing views and is partially covered.
Finally there is a 6th bathroom located outdoors which features a shower.
