Description
This modern and stylish villa is located in the protected private estate of Roca Llisa, very close to the golf course.The property has plenty of privacy with a great outdoor area and large 17m x 4m swimming pool. There is a lot of space outside with relaxing terraces, lounge sofas and a dining area for alfresco meals including a table to seat 10 and a BBQ.
The interior of the villa is very tastefully furnished with beautiful decor and spacious rooms. You have a modern kitchen which is fully equipped and a nice living area with sofas and satellite TV. The villa has a sound system along with an iPod docking system, which can be taken outside.
There is air conditioning, WiFi, a safe in every room, an alarm system and also a monitor for small children - a wristband with an alarm that goes off when it touches water.
The main building has 2 large en-suite bedrooms,1 with a Jacuzzi, and walk-in closets. Via outdoor stairs, you reach 2 more bedrooms with their own bathroom, one of which has its own terrace with pool view. The fifth bedroom is in the separate apartment in the garden and has its own bathroom. 4 of the bedrooms have large double beds and 1 bedroom has a small double.
The house is very centrally located with Ibiza Town just a 10 minute drive away and the airport a 25 minute drive. The nearest beach, Cala Llonga, is very close and can even be walked to in around 30 minutes.
