Description
Newly built house located in Aigua Gelida, Tamariu with private pool. Very quiet location just 800 metres from the beautiful beach village of Tamariu with its wonderful choice of beachfront restaurants and bars.The villa is built over three floors; Main entrance (top floor at street level) with a large modern window feature offering panoramic countryside views.
Stairs lead down to the middle floor with two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and access to the terrace overlooking the pool area. There is one twin bedroom with access to the large terrace, a further twin bedroom without terrace access and finally a large room with a futon sofa bed that can sleep 2 people (this room does not have external windows). There is also a separate shower room.
On the ground floor is a large, fully equipped kitchen with sliding doors to a terrace that overlooks the pool. Spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace and access via two large sliding doors to a covered terrace and the garden area with BBQ & furniture. Split level lawn garden with the pool area at the lower level.
