Single story 3 bedroom villa in Sandy Lane.

On entering the villa there is a spacious vaulted living room with ample seating, from here you have a formal dining area with marble table seating 12 guests. adjacent to the main living room there is also a small TV room which doubles as an office. There is also a good sized fully equipped kitchen.
The large covered terrace overlooks the pool. At one end there is a dining table for 6 guests, perfect for breakfast and lunch. At the other end there is a relaxed seating area for 8 guests.

The villa boasts 3 good sized bedrooms. The first is the master with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second room is a twin room (can be made up as a double) and has an en-suite bathroom. The final room is also a twin which can be made into a double, this room has a separate bathroom.

Outside there are multiple seating areas and a private pool with sun loungers. The villa is located in the middle of its own one acre gardens, so there is plenty of space to roam around.

Less than a 5 minute walk from the villa is one of the best beaches in Barbados and this is where the Sandy Lane Property Owners Private Beach facility is located, immediately adjacent to the famous Sandy Lane Hotel. Here you have a small private Cabana, which has a fridge, 6 beach loungers & 4 chairs. There are outdoor showers and w/c facilities. The Sandy Lane Hotel water sports facility is adjacent.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
