From here there is an open living/dining area with doors out to a terrace and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is also semi-open plan to this area. One of the three bedrooms is located on this floor, this room is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The lower floor comprises of an en-suite double bedroom, further double room and finally a bedroom with bunk beds, the final 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have a portable air conditioning unit.
Outside on the terrace there is a further dining table, BBQ, sun loungers and beautiful sea views. The garden has a private pool (6m x 3m), sun loungers, parasol and seating area as well as a small lawned area.
Parking for 2/3 cars.
