4 bedroom villa located in a residential golf development bordering the Vila Sol golf course and offering great views over the putting green of the 24th hole. Vilamoura marina and its many amenities are an easy drive away and the water park Aquashow is 2km away.Outside you have a large, well-maintained garden with private pool. You can enjoy the golf course views whilst on the sun terrace which has a dining table and BBQ area.
The villa has bright interiors and an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with access to the terrace and swimming pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, large fridge/freezer, hob/oven and kettle and there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
There are three twin/double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms which have underfloor heating plus a separate guest bathroom. The master is a spacious double with balcony and renovated en-suite.
The villa has an alarm.
