Description
A fully refurbished villa set in the exclusive area of Valverde, nestled between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Walking distance to restaurants and the local shopping centre as well as the communal tennis courts, bar and restaurants.The outside area boats a beautifully landscaped garden, heated swimming pool, sun terraces and a gas BBQ with plenty of outdoor seating perfect for dining al fresco.
There is access to a roof terrace from the garden with stunning views over the countryside.
All on one level this villa is suitable for children, elderly and disabled. The living accommodation comprises a fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The living room is spacious and has been tastefully decorated. There is satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi, telephone, DVD player and stereo. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace and pool area.
There are three twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room, and one with patio doors out to the pool terrace. The master double bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and doors out to the pool terrace along with an en suite bathroom. There is an additional guest WC.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Towels and linen are included. Towels are changed twice a week, linen once a week. Maid service Monday to Friday.
