Description
Modern 3 bedroom linked villa with private pool. Three storey linked villa in the new zone 3A of Vale do Lobo.The front door is on the first floor and leads into the living-dining area. There is a dining table for 6 and two sofas. At the far end doors open out onto terrace overlooking the pool and garden area.
Leading off the living area is a twin bedroom (sharing the same terrace as the living area) and a separate shower room. To the left of the front door is a well equipped kitchen including microwave.
Stairs lead up to two further bedrooms. One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom . Master bedroom with twin beds made up as double and full en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to terrace with long distance sea views.
On the ground floor is a snug with sofa and football table. The windows are double glazed and are fitted with shutters and mosquito screens. Garden with sun loungers and garden furniture. Gas BBQ. Maid service is 2 times per week.
Accommodation is for 6 people.
