Description
We are pleased to give you this spectacular modern villa, if you are looking for an easy-access, single-storey, (wheelchair-friendly) extremely spacious property in the exclusive resort of Vale Do Lobo, this is a perfect choice for you.Leading straight from the light, airy living room, which offers Lazer Cable TV and an LED flat screen TV, there is a large, shaded veranda, ideal for meeting friends, reading, relaxation, cocktails and dining.
The villa is on one floor and has an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and lounge.
We then bring you to the private pool (3.5mx2m) which can be heated upon request.
This is accompanied with lots of room for several sun-loungers and an outdoor BBQ for al fresco lunches and dinners. The terrace has plenty of outdoor dining space with a table and chairs, to enjoy the lovely hot Portuguese evenings!
The villa is close to local amenities, such as Ria Park Hotel and Spa.
The accommodation is made up of a double master bedroom with an en-suite bath & shower room and two guest double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.
Linen change after 7 days of occupation. Change of towels twice per week.
