Villa in Vale do Lobo with private swimming pool that can be heated at an extra weekly charge.This villa is located in a peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Vale do Lobo, close to local amenities such as two golf courses, the beach and Praca with its great choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
Entrance hall with guest WC. Spacious living room with fireplace, T.V. and access to poolside terrace and private swimming pool, garden and BBQ area. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with good size adjacent dining area with access to the garden area.
Accommodation consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room.
Air conditioning throughout. Maid service daily except weekends and public holidays. Towels are changed twice weekly and bed linen is changed once a week. Pool can be heated at an extra weekly charge.
