On entering the property via the gated driveway there is a grand entrance hall which leads to the open plan living/dining room. Here you have a cosy living area with sofas, chairs, fireplace and TV, steps lead up to the kitchen. Adjacent to the living area there is a dining table and chairs as well as doors to the pool terrace.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a large central island/breakfast bar and further doors out to the terrace.
There is a second living area/snug located at the front of the property.
Two of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with a double bed and en-suite.
The final three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One twin/double with en-suite and one double with en-suite. The fifth bedroom is the spacious master double with full en-suite and large private terrace with golf views and sun loungers.
A large private pool is the main feature outside, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The terrace also boasts an outdoor sofa set and a covered dining area with table, chairs and BBQ. Furthermore there is a lawned garden – perfect for children.
