Description

This family villa is situated in Vale do Lobo, it comprises five bedrooms, with an additional study/sixth bedroom.

Recently refurbished, the accommodation is spacious and very versatile. The villa, with private pool, is just a short walk from the tennis club and the golden beach, bars, shops and restaurants at the Praca.

This excellent family villa is comfortable and well appointed in every respect. The villa is air conditioned in the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms.

The large lounge has been decorated in tasteful design, a trend which continues throughout this property. A fireplace, satellite TV with free to view channels, DVD and CD player feature in this open-plan lounge/dining room and patio doors lead to a covered terrace that overlooks the garden and pool.

This main living space incorporates a generous dining area which sits adjacent to the large, fully fitted kitchen.

The kitchen is beautifully finished with granite worktops and includes a microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer and integrated wine rack. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sleeping accommodation is set over two levels. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has patio door access to the terrace; this room features a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes, satellite TV, DVD player and a luxury en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bath and separate shower unit. On this level there is also a double bedroom (which is two twins made up as a double) with an en suite bathroom; and an additional study, with internet access and a sofa-bed that can easily be used as a sixth bedroom.

A guest cloakroom completes the amenities on this floor.

On the lower ground floor are a further three bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and patio door access to the garden.

The first of these bedrooms is a twin room which also has a TV and DVD player and a slide-out single mattress enabling the room to sleep three people; the second room is a twin bedroom that can be made up as a double and the third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds( mattresses 82cm x 193cm) suitable for children.

All of the bedrooms are modern in design with chic soft furnishings.

The large private garden is mainly lawned and is flanked by banks of mature trees and shrubs. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing on the generous pool terrace and the swimming pool, measuring 11.2m x 5.25m, can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is also a gas barbeque.

All this and just a short walk from the golden beach and the bars, shops and restaurants.

Pool heating is available for a supplemental charge.

Air conditioning is available at extra charge.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
