Recently refurbished 3-bedroom villa in Vale do Garrao.This beautiful villa is located near Ria Park hotel, just a short walk form Garrao beach and restaurants.
Through the main entrance hall you have a spacious living/dining area with fully equipped open plan kitchen. This area is finished to a high standard with modern and comfortable furnishings, including comfortable sofas, large TV, fireplace, dining table and chairs to seat 6. This room has large glass doors which run along one side allowing ample light into the villa and access to the garden.
Also on the ground floor you have 2 of the 3 bedrooms. bedroom 1 is a double room with terrace access and en-suite shower room. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room with terrace access and has its own en-suite shower room.
On the first floor you have the final bedroom, this is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a large private terrace with outdoor sofa set, sun loungers and canopy.
Outside you have a small covered terrace, private pool (9m x 4m), BBQ, Dining facilities, sun loungers and seating area with parasol!
There is also a laundry room with separate access with washing machine, dryer and small fridge for drinks.
Linen change every 7 days. Towel change twice per week.
