Description
Recently built five bedroom villa set in a very quiet location with private swimming pool, overlooking the first hole of the San Lorenzo Golf Course. For August 2021 the villa will only be available with 5 bedrooms.The villa is built in the unique style of a Morrocan riad with a central countyard, which adds to the charm of the property.
The villa is situated within a short drive of the beach.
Accommodation in the main house consists of an entrance hall, guest cloakroom, on the first floor is the master suite with king-size bed, cable T.V., en-suite shower room with separate bath and walk in dressing room, air conditioning and under-floor heating.
A few stairs lead down to the living area with fireplace, cable T.V. and access to the pool terrace through patio doors. The spacious dining area is located though a door from the living area which has a bar, fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Also adjoining the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. All of the living areas and kitchen overlook the pool terrace.
In keeping with the Riad style, the villa is centred around a courtyard with four of the five bedrooms leading onto the charming courtyard/patio area.
All of these bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite shower rooms, cable T.V., under-floor heating and air conditioning.
Outside is a terrace overlooking the pool with gas BBQ.
Steps lead down to a large swimming pool (approx. 16 x 5.5m).
Maid service is included in the rate.
