The villa is set on a large plot with lawned gardens and private pool. There is a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs as well as two partially covered areas with outdoor seating.
There are ample seating and lounging areas around the pool including sun loungers, swing chairs and a hammock. Parasols are provided for shade.
Furthermore there is a private tennis court!
