Floor to ceiling windows offer stunning views out over the private infinity pool, the gardens and golf course. The fully furnished and fitted kitchen can also be found within this open plan area with the finest quality equipment.
There are 5 bedrooms split between the ground and first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms.
In the basement there is a state of the art entertainment area with sauna & steam room, a home cinema and a separate TV room. A one bedroom self contained apartment complete with a small kitchenette is also located in the basement; this can be accessed through the main house or independently accessed.
Outside, there is a wonderful private infinity pool that can be heated at an extra charge. The pool is surrounded by terrace with a partially covered dining area complete with built in BBQ.
Please note there is a 7th bedroom which is for private use of the owner and will be locked.
