Description
Traditional villa located in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, just a short distance from the beach. This five bedroom villa is built on a double plot ensuring ample space to its guests. Large garden comprising a large private pool (12mx5m) that can be heated at an extra charge, children`s playground, trees, several terrace areas and lots of space.Driveway with ample parking space leads to double entrance doors that open into a light and airy entrance hall with guest cloakroom. From the entrance hall there are stairs that lead up to the first floor and stairs that lead down to the ground floor accommodation.
On the ground floor is an open plan living-dining room with sofas, 50 inch flat screen T.V. and formal dining area with table that can seat up to 14 people. From the living room, patio doors open onto the partially covered terrace and pool area. A few stairs lead up from the living area to the modern and fully equipped kitchen with smaller breakfast dining area with table that seats up to 8 people. Beside the kitchen is a dedicated laundry room. From the kitchen there is access to a terrace which is equipped with a gas BBQ. There is also a covered terraced area situated off the kitchen area with dining table for 10 and views over the garden and pool.
Situated close to the garden terrace is a self-contained bedroom suite with king-size bed, wardrobes, T.V. and large shower room.
Also on the ground floor are three bedroom suites that are located off the living area. Two are twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with separate showers & dressing area. The third bedroom has a double bed and dressing area as well as en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor is a second living area with sofas, fireplace, wooden floors and another 50 inch T.V. Large sliding doors open onto a 10 metre long south-facing terrace that overlooks the garden and swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and reclining chairs.
Situated off the living area is the large master bedroom suite with king-size bed, T.V., wardrobe area and large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower and separate W.C.
