The ground floor consists of a large, spacious lounge with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, SONOS system and floor to ceiling doors for you to enjoy the amazing, panoramic views.
An airy, open-plan kitchen/dining area with all the appliances needed including a Nespresso coffee machine.
From these areas, you have access to the terrace which provides ample seating and al fresco dining facilities, you can really take advantage of the beautiful views and watch the sunset.
Also on this floor are 3 stylish twin bedrooms with contemporary décor and furnishings, all bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and can be made up as doubles. Along with these rooms is a separate cloak room.
On the first floor, you will find the luxurious Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, office and access to a generous terrace which has a lounging area and sunbeds. There is a service elevator which connects this room to the laundry room.
The lower ground floor has a bedroom with en-suite, a chill out area with settee and flat screen TV. There is also a kitchenette, utility room with 2 washing machines and tumble driers.
Lastly on this floor is a state of the art gym with fantastic gym equipment.
The outdoor area offers an elegant dining area, outdoor kitchen with bar and a pool terrace with loungers, perfect for sunbathing, The large private pool has two sunken loungers and views over the Ria Formosa
