Description
On entering the villa via the entrance hall there is an open plan living/dining room with comfortable sofas, TV and dining table to seat 8. This room has glass doors to the garden which allow ample natural light.From here you have a well equipped kitchen with breakfast table. The adjacent garage doubles as a utility room with washing machine.
Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 1 is a twin room with en-suite bathroom and doors out to the pool, the other is a double room with en-suite and doors out to the pool. There is a further guest w/c on this floor.
The first floor comprises of the remaining 2 bedrooms, both of which are double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access out to the first floor terrace.
Outside there is a large private pool (10m x 5m) with ample sun loungers. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs with parasol, as well as a charcoal and gas BBQ.
